PathPulse.ai: Smarter Maps. Safer Roads.

PathPulse turns everyday drivers into a road safety network. Scout, our driver app, runs on any smartphone, flags unsafe driving and road hazards on the device, and delivers verified evidence to cities. Every case is reviewed by an officer.

Traction

The problem

Fixed cameras cover about 6% of the streets even in New York City, one of the most camera dense cities (2,400+ speed cameras, red light cameras at 600 intersections), and well under 1% of roads nationally in our markets. They detect 4 to 5 violation types. Scout detects 60+ violation types wherever drivers go, with coverage projected at 60 to 70% of city roads at mature driver density. Modelled across nine large gig driver markets, 20% of a country's app drivers (at about 150 km per 9 hour day) drive its whole road network many times over each day and can cover 15 to 20% of its roads: the city streets and main roads where traffic flows.

How it works

  1. Capture: mount any phone and drive. Scout works in the background while the driver uses maps, music, voice notes or a voice assistant.
  2. Detect: PulseNet, our on device model, spots violations.
  3. Validate: the Veritas Engine checks every case.
  4. Act: an officer approves and the citation goes out.

Safety, not surveillance

For governments

Zero upfront cost: no cameras to buy and no poles to install. PathPulse is paid from a share of fines collected. The government keeps the largest share and drivers earn for every approved case. Integrates with eChallan, VAHAN, ANPR, ICCC and ATMS.

For industry

Anonymised road intelligence licensed to car insurance companies (segment risk scores), AI labs (labelled road video from 25+ countries), autonomous vehicle companies (real world edge cases), geospatial analytics companies (fresh road condition layers) and navigation apps (live hazard feeds). Bystanders are blurred, there is no facial recognition and no individual is tracked.

Veritas Engine

Every detection passes four checks before an officer sees it: image quality, scene context, violation models and PulseGen review. Captures are signed on the phone and anchored on chain. Raw footage stays on the phone, aligned to GDPR, POPIA and DPDP.
