3. How We Use Your Data & Legal Basis

- Fraud detection & anti-cheating monitoring (e.g., GPS spoofing prevention, account misuse detection) → Legitimate interest

4. Privacy for Bystanders
- PathPulse uses AI-based anonymization (e.g., blurring faces, license plates) to reduce capture of identifiable information of bystanders.
- We will not sell or share raw unblurred imagery.
- Individuals may request removal or additional blurring of sensitive data (see Section 12).
5. User Privacy Controls
You can:
- Pause or stop data collection at any time by stopping recording or logging out.
- Request deletion of your data/account.
- Request "privacy zones" (e.g., around home or workplace) where data will not be collected.
6. Data Sharing
We may share data with:
- Third-party service providers (storage, analytics, fraud prevention)
- Government agencies, research bodies, and private partners (only anonymized/aggregated datasets)
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, restructuring — your data may transfer to the new entity under this same policy)
We do not sell personal data.
7. Data Retention
- Personal data → retained as long as necessary for services/legal obligations.
- After account deletion → your personal data will be deleted within 90 days, unless retention is required by law.
- Anonymized datasets → may be stored indefinitely.

- End-to-end encryption for sensitive transfers
- Access controls for staff
- Fraud monitoring & anti-cheating systems
- Regular security audits
9. Marketing Communications
